- Support Agents and Loan Officers in delivering outstanding customer service for Buyers looking to win
- Act as a subject matter expert in Tier 2 customer escalations from both Agents and Loan Officers on Zillow programs
- Engage frequently and thoroughly with external businesses and customers, and establish mutually-beneficial relationships that are built for scale.
- Partner with internal stakeholder team to ensure customer questions are resolved thoroughly and urgently
- Think critically and creatively about improvements to existing processes and solutions to drive process improvement and optimization.
- 3 years of experience in customer service and support
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex customer issues
- Attention to detail in delivering best in class customer experiences for internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication across a broad range of partners
- Flexibility in both thinking and working: when the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively when supporting large volumes of customers
