Job Description:

  • Support Agents and Loan Officers in delivering outstanding customer service for Buyers looking to win 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Tier 2 customer escalations from both Agents and Loan Officers on Zillow programs
  • Engage frequently and thoroughly with external businesses and customers, and establish mutually-beneficial relationships that are built for scale.
  • Partner with internal stakeholder team to ensure customer questions are resolved thoroughly and urgently
  • Think critically and creatively about improvements to existing processes and solutions to drive process improvement and optimization.




Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in customer service and support 
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex customer issues 
  • Attention to detail in delivering best in class customer experiences for internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication across a broad range of partners 
  • Flexibility in both thinking and working: when the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively when supporting large volumes of customers
