Started in 2020 to help encourage & support start-ups led by women of color, we choose one recipient every year to receive a $20k grant. Plus, brand amplification, business & financial advice from our founders, and close mentorship by our ThirdLove teammates in their area of expertise.

To be eligible for this grant, you answer the following questions:
In order to qualify for The TL Effect, you must be a woman of color who has founded a consumer-focused, early stage start-up that has an existing product or service, has not received venture capital funding, and is based in the United States. We want to cast a wide net for this search and welcome applicants from all 50 states!
